Salomon
Brothers: Todd has enjoyed a long and highly
distinguished career in investment banking and holds
an MBA from Dalhousie University, as well as a BA in
French Literature with Honours from the University of
Western Ontario. At Salomon Brothers, the legendary
firm that later merged with Smith Barney and is now
a part of Citigroup, Todd served as Vice President in
the Telecommunications Investment Banking Group. He
focused on multi-billion dollar M&A transactions,
as well as debt and equity offerings for some of the
firm’s largest and most lucrative clients.
NB Financial:
In 2002, Todd joined the Investment Banking Division
of NB Financial at the executive level.

Personal:
Todd works in Toronto where he lives with his wife and
three sons. Despite his extremely busy schedule as a
senior investment banker, Todd values the opportunity
to share his knowledge with young and motivated students
and professionals. |
